Great place to have hotpot as the soup is so good and flavourful. They provide tasty bbq skewer and wide ingredients selection, quite on par with haidilao selection, at a very reasonable price. Recommended their one of a kind signature mala milk soup and pepper pork soup. The mala soup with milk is so addictive and balanced, yet not too spicy. So yummy. Service can be a little slow due to less manpower during my dining time. Environment is nice and the food is beautifully presented. Highly recommended!

I recently went to this hotpot restaurant and I must say, it was an outstanding experience in the hotpot area! First, let me talk about their ingredients. The freshness and quality are absolutely top notch. The meat, seafood and vegetables all impressed me, it was the ultimate hot pot experience. They also have a variety of seasonings and soup bases, so whether you like spicy, mild, or other flavors, you'll be able to find an option that suits your taste. Also, the service is incredible. The staff are very friendly and helpful and will make sure your dining experience is impeccable. They'll introduce you to ingredients and provide cooking suggestions to make the whole process more enjoyable. The atmosphere of this hot pot restaurant is also very cozy and suitable for enjoying a meal with friends and family. Whether you're looking for a quiet dinner or a cheerful gathering, we've got you covered. All in all, if you are a hotpot lover, I highly recommend this hotpot restaurant. I have become their loyal customer and look forward to visiting again next time to taste more delicious hot pot!

The employees have not received formal training. One employee was very problematic. While our customers were eating, he lost his temper and knocked on the table in the store, completely ignoring the customers.
